J&R was retained to serve a Subpoena with Records on an individual scheduled to appear in court in 24 hours. The J&R investigator learned the individual had sold his home, was living in a rental, and was moving out of state on the upcoming weekend.
Due to the urgency of the service, telephone contact was made with the individual to be served. He vowed he would not allow himself to be found or served. Through interviews of individuals at his former business, the investigator developed information on the location of his newly rented residence and he was served.
